Orbit Group has promoted Catrinel Stanila (pictured) to chief people officer (CPO) and Lisa Astle to chief reputation officer.

Both will report directly to group CEO Phil Andrew.

Stanila will lead Orbit’s people strategy, focusing on HR operations, business partnering, and the colleague experience.

Stanila brings over 20 years of senior HR experience from roles in the automotive and utilities sectors in the UK and internationally.

Astle takes on responsibility for Orbit’s reputation strategy, covering customer and external communications, external affairs, digital communications and marketing, design and film, internal communications, and employer brand.

Astle joined Orbit five years ago after leading communications at Halfords Group and spending 25 years in communications agencies across the public and private sectors.

Andrew said: “I’m thoroughly delighted to welcome Lisa and Cat as two further internal promotions to our Executive Team.

“They each bring a breadth of skills that complement the balance of deep Housing Association and out of sector experience across our Executive Team.

“I’m confident that under their leadership Orbit will remain a great place for colleagues to work and grow and continue to be a trusted and respected voice both in the sector and with customers.”
