jobmate, a UK developer of operational software, is set to launch jobsafe, a workplace incident reporting app designed for field-based environments.
The unveiling will take place at the FORS Annual Conference on 23rd October at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
The mobile app is aimed at helping organisations improve compliance by enabling employees to log accidents, near misses, and hazards in real time. It allows users to take photos, capture witness statements, collect digital signatures, and create a full audit trail with time-stamped records.
A reporting dashboard provides managers with tools to filter and track incidents by status, employee, customer, or category, covering events from slips and trips to vehicle defects and collisions.
Chris Dalton, chief executive and founder of jobmate, said: “We expect the launch to attract strong interest from transport operators, safety professionals, and managers across a range of sectors. Especially when an incident needs to be recorded on a third-party site in real time—ensuring a strong defence if the HSE or legal claims become involved.”
He added: “The theme of this year’s FORS conference, ‘Future Focus’, aligns perfectly with our new safety tool.
jobsafe was developed in direct response to customer demand for a fast, intuitive way to manage workplace incidents. It enables businesses to demonstrate due diligence, respond quickly to events, avoid disputes, and ultimately improve safety outcomes for both employers and employees.”
The system allows data to be exported in CSV format and integrated with operational or compliance platforms.
jobmate will showcase the app throughout the conference on Stand 18, with demonstrations available for delegates.
