Ark Fire Protection will hold its second annual wellness day at its head office in 2025.

The event will include a sleep workshop led by Phil Leary, who will focus on tips for better rest and recovery.

Staff will also take part in an interactive cooking class with chef Marcel, learning how to prepare healthy meals using standard office kitchen equipment.

The day will finish with a yoga and meditation session for staff to unwind.

All employees will receive a branded wellness package and an Ark wellness club t-shirt.

Howard Hudson, managing director at Ark Fire Protection, said: “At Ark, we take pride in protecting buildings but even more importantly, we believe in protecting the people inside them.

“Ark Wellness Day is about giving our team the tools, time, and support they need to care for themselves, both inside and outside the workplace.”

The wellness day forms part of Ark Fire Protection’s wider approach to employee engagement and mental health awareness.

The company aims to support staff and promote a positive workplace culture.
