Market Harborough Building Society has been named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second year running.

The Leicestershire-based mutual was included after a nationwide survey found high employee satisfaction and a positive workplace culture.

The award placed Market Harborough Building Society among other UK employers recognised for their approach to workplace culture.

Iain Kirkpatrick, CEO of Market Harborough Building Society, said: “This recognition is a testament to the incredible people who make up our Society.

“It reflects the values-led culture we’ve built together — one where colleagues feel heard, supported, and inspired to do their best work.”
