Broadstone has appointed Lindsay Kenny as SME business development consultant as part of its strategy to expand its employee benefits consulting services for smaller businesses.

Kenny, who brings more than 15 years’ experience in employee benefits, business development and client relationship management, will focus on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction among SME clients. Her responsibilities will include developing and implementing tailored benefits packages and providing ongoing support.

Kenny joins from Towergate, where she specialised in health and risk benefits. She has a track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing strategic partnerships.
