Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has announced that its recently launched Master in Real Estate and part-time Executive Diploma in Real Estate Economics programmes have been accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Valid for five years, the accreditation reflects high professional and ethical standards in the international property industry and provides students access to a global network of over 130,000 RICS members across 140 countries.

Professor Dr Kerstin Hennig, academic director of real estate executive education at Frankfurt School, commented: “This accreditation confirms the high quality of our programmes and opens up valuable opportunities for students in the global real estate sector. Students can join the RICS network from day one, free of charge, offering an unparalleled advantage in building their careers.”

RICS accreditation reinforces Frankfurt School’s commitment to excellence, integrating finance, investment, sustainability, and digitalisation into its curricula. Jens Böhnlein, chair of RICS Germany, added: “The global focus and high standards of both organisations ensure the programmes’ exceptional value for the real estate industry.”

The Master in Real Estate, starting in August 2025, leads to an MSc and covers real estate management topics, including financing, investment, project development, and AI applications. The programme emphasises practical learning through case studies on entrepreneurship and financial engineering.

The Executive Diploma in Real Estate Economics, a part-time programme, offers foundational knowledge in real estate alongside elective specialisations tailored to individual career goals. Designed by industry experts, it bridges theoretical concepts with real-world application, with a strong focus on sustainability and digitalisation.
