Executive search firms Sousou Partners and Ridgeway Partners, with offices in New York, Boston, and London, have entered into a strategic partnership to create RS Global Partners. This collaboration aims to expand their geographical presence, strengthen sector coverage, and offer enhanced advisory services to clients across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

RS Global Partners will draw on the combined expertise of 35 professionals with over 250 years of experience and a track record of placing more than 1,000 senior executives and board directors. Both firms will continue to operate independently under their existing brands while offering integrated solutions to clients through their partnership.

Ridgeway Partners, known for its expertise in financial services, business services, private equity, and board placements, has been consistently recognised as a top U.S. search firm. Sousou Partners, a leading global specialist in private markets and real assets, brings complementary expertise to the partnership. The combined strength of their offerings is expected to enhance service delivery in naturally related sectors and regions.

Commenting on the partnership, Charles F. Preusse, managing partner at Ridgeway Partners, said: “We are delighted to work more closely with Sousou Partners, and the move is an excellent strategic development. This partnership extends our vertical and geographic coverage, enabling us to better serve clients with diverse needs.”

Ghada Sousou, CEO and founder of Sousou Partners, added: “Our strategic partnership allows both firms to expand our core geographies. We believe it is a unique time to be jointly expanding our capabilities in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Operating as a partnership will mean we can do more for our clients than we could do separately.”
