Ryan FowlerEmployment Hero has acquired Humi in a deal exceeding CAD 100m, marking a major step in expanding its footprint in Canada. The partnership will merge Employment Hero’s global Employment Operating System (eOS) with Humi’s expertise in the Canadian market, offering businesses a unified platform for payroll, HR, and benefits tailored to local needs.
Humi, established nearly a decade ago, focuses on providing employment solutions to support Canadian businesses and employees. Employment Hero’s investment will enable further growth and product innovation aimed at helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) improve productivity.
