Mylo launched its ‘Postcards from tomorrow’ campaign to encourage people to think about their retirement and take steps towards pension planning.

The new interactive experience, developed with Waracle, lets users create a digital postcard showing where they could spend their retirement.

Each postcard is linked to Mylo’s tools and guidance, making pension planning more practical.

The campaign went live with workplace members on 30th December 2025 and recorded a 43% email open rate over Christmas.

Nick Roy, commercial director of workplace at Aegon, said: “Our research shows that visualising future goals can transform how people engage with their finances.

“Mylo is a trusted guide that speaks in plain language, reaching users at the moments that matter, like changing jobs or turning 50.

“With ‘Postcards from tomorrow’, we’re helping people connect emotionally and visualise their future selves, to help take meaningful action today.”

Roy added: “Aegon UK is already a leading workplace pension platform, with over three and a half million customers, now, with the ongoing investment in the business, and the development of Mylo, our commitment to financial wellbeing and digital innovation is helping making pension engagement more accessible for all.”
