Global, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, Cundall, has appointed Victoria Bryant (pictured) as head of diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).
Based in Manchester, Bryant’s appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to expanding inclusivity strategies.
A chartered member of CIPD, Bryant has 20 years of experience as a human resources professional.
Prior to joining Cundall, she was diversity, equity and inclusion lead at Müller.
As head of DEI, Bryant will play a crucial role in supporting the practice to shape and deliver bespoke DEI programmes and further support the development of Cundall’s global growth.
She plans to build trust in the business by working closely with Cundall’s employee-led community networks, advocating for positive change, celebrating progress and educating the wider business.
With a data-led approach, Bryant will be instrumental to shaping the future of the practice’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
She said: “This role represents the opportunity to create real change. I’m keen to champion data-led inclusion practices, facilitate organic growth in our community networks and build on Cundall’s aspiration to be the most inclusive consultancy in the industry.
“Collaboration and trust-building will be central in my approach to delivering improved policies that support the lives of my colleagues, creating a fairer and more inclusive workplace in which leaders pave the way for a thriving, dynamic culture.”
Fiona Wallace, Cundall’s global HR director, added: “As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we recognise that Cundall’s reputation rests on the shoulders of its people, the projects they design and their commitment to excellence and integrity.
“We’ve opened several new offices in the last 12 months, and now, more than ever, it is crucial that our DEI strategy represents the cultural diversity of our global workforce.
“We are so pleased to have Victoria join the team. Her experience with culture and data-led inclusion and implementing DEI strategies will be a great asset, and I look forward to supporting her as she plays a key role in our aim to be the most inclusive consultancy in the industry.”
