Volkswagen Financial Services UK has launched a fully managed salary sacrifice scheme, allowing employers to implement the scheme at no cost to the business.

The scheme includes insurance, servicing, maintenance, breakdown cover and financial support for home chargers and electric vehicle (EV) charge cards.

Volkswagen Financial Services is currently offering salary sacrifice on plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and EV models.

The firm said that businesses can save between £80 and £100 per employee each month on Class 1A National Insurance contributions by implementing salary sacrifice.

Employees also benefit from lower National Insurance deductions.

The scheme is backed by Volkswagen Financial Services’ fleet specialists, reducing administrative burden.
