DM Hall has congratulated its latest group of colleagues on passing their Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualifications.

The firm said this comes in a year where it has seen its largest graduate intake in 128 years.

Colin Ross from building consultancy in Glasgow, Harry Pattullo from commercial agency in Edinburgh, and Thomas Fergusson from residential in Stirling have passed their Assessment of Professional Competence. They are now full members of RICS.

Hannah Thompson in Inverurie, Kieran Reddichan in Dundee, and Kirsty Tibbetts in Dumfries have also secured their AssocRICS qualifications this year.

The firm said these new qualifications continue a period of professional development across the business.

The firm’s 2025 graduate intake saw 15 new graduates join, its highest intake for decades.

Partner Ian Woods has taken on more responsibility for graduate training and recruitment as part of this push.

Woods said: “It has been an exceptional year for professional progression at DM Hall.

“Colin, Harry, Thomas, Hannah, Kieran and Kirsty have all demonstrated the discipline, dedication and professionalism that we strive to cultivate across our training programmes.

“Their qualifications are the culmination of significant effort, guided learning and hands-on experience.”

Woods added: “Coupled with our record graduate intake this year, these successes underscore our long-term commitment to developing the next generation of surveyors.”

John McHugh (pictured), managing partner at DM Hall, said: “We are delighted to welcome our newly qualified colleagues into full professional membership.

“Their achievements reflect both their personal commitment and the strength of the structured training framework we have built within the firm.

“This has been a landmark year for investment in new talent, with a record number of graduates joining us and now a further group moving forward into full RICS membership.”

McHugh added: “These young professionals will help shape the future direction of DM Hall as we continue to grow across all of the markets we operate in throughout Scotland and the wider UK.”
