Pluxee has unveiled a new UK employee experience platform designed to help employers tackle retention challenges and support staff facing ongoing financial strain.
The launch comes as cost-of-living pressures persist, disposable income stagnates and organisations manage rising operational costs with limited flexibility on pay.
The new platform aims to provide employees with benefits that are simple to access and offer tangible value, including up to 15% cashback at more than 80 retailers through the Pluxee Card, savings through salary sacrifice schemes such as Green Car and Cycle to Work, and discounts at over 500 retailers and gyms worth up to £1,200 annually for an average UK earner.
Employees can also access wellbeing support through Employee Assistance Programmes and receive bonus top-ups via recognition and team awards.
All benefits are now available through the new Pluxee App, creating a centralised, mobile-first experience intended to help employees manage their money and access health, lifestyle and wellbeing support in one place.
Jonathan Attia, CEO of Pluxee UK, said: “We’re launching this platform at a time when employees are under more financial pressure than ever before, and employers are being asked to do more with less.
“Our goal is simple: to make it easier for organisations to support their people in ways that are meaningful, measurable, and sustainable. By bringing savings, wellbeing, and recognition into one place, we want to help businesses show up for their teams in the moments that matter most.”
The platform is also designed to give HR teams clearer visibility into employee engagement.
It consolidates previously fragmented systems and provides real-time insights on usage, allowing employers to tailor reward and recognition programmes across the employee lifecycle.
Attia continued: “HR teams are under increasing pressure to boost engagement, reduce turnover, and retain talent, all while navigating fragmented, outdated systems.
“We built this platform to eliminate those pain points and make HR’s job easier. By consolidating the disparate systems into one intuitive solution, HR leaders can measure adoption and deliver insights that demonstrate real impact.
“And with the administrative burden lifted, HR teams can focus on what truly matters – developing AI-ready talent, boosting productivity and building a future-focused, inclusive culture.”
