Care Fertility and Access Industry have launched a new apprenticeship programme for frontline and leadership teams.

The partnership will see up to 150 Care Fertility colleagues trained across multiple specialist areas, aiming to improve patient care.

The programme will focus on upskilling staff in areas including artificial intelligence, change management, resilience, wellbeing, interpersonal communication, and patient services management.

Michael Henry, CEO of Care Fertility, said: “At Care Fertility, we believe that investing in our people is the most powerful way to invest in our patients.

“This partnership with Access Industry reflects our commitment to building a future-ready workforce, one that is compassionate, skilled, and confident in delivering exceptional care.

“By equipping our Patient Services teams with the tools and training they need to thrive, we’re not just enhancing careers, we’re elevating the entire patient experience.”

Access Industry will use its networks and experience to help Care Fertility develop staff and fill future skill gaps.

Gary Judge, managing director at Access Industry, said: “At Access Industry, our goal is to create programmes that truly empower people.

“By working closely with Care Fertility, we’ve developed an apprenticeship pathway that supports colleagues to grow their skills, confidence, and careers.

“We’re excited to see how this investment in people will strengthen both the team and the care they provide.”

The first group of apprentices will enrol in December 2025.
