Pensions UK has appointed Sarah Sim as executive director of membership and commercial services.
Sim brings three decades of experience in business development, commercial strategy and global membership leadership.
She was most recently on the executive leadership team at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and earlier in her career was a director at ACCA.

Sim said: “I’m thrilled to join Pensions UK at such a pivotal moment — with a bold new strategy, refreshed brand, there is a huge opportunity to help drive change as part of the executive leadership team and as a member of the board.
“As the sector evolves and member needs shift, I’m excited to help shape how Pensions UK responds and leads.
“With deep experience driving transformation in financial services membership bodies, I look forward to contributing to the future of both Pensions UK and the wider sector.”
