International SOS has joined forces with sustainability consultancy Sancroft to help organisations embed sustainability into their global mobility and travel policies.
The collaboration comes as companies face mounting pressure to align business travel with environmental goals and evolving regulatory standards ahead of COP30.
The two firms have launched Sustainable Travel Choices, a new digital learning course designed to help employees make ethical and environmentally conscious travel decisions without compromising operational effectiveness.
The course offers practical guidance on choosing low-impact transport, eco-friendly accommodation, culturally sensitive engagement, and responsible consumption.
Ramsey Zarifeh, group general manager, medical and security content at International SOS, said: “Organisations and educational institutions are now placing a greater emphasis on their Duty of Care commitments, not only towards their workforces, but also the communities and environments in which they operate.
“Our new course, developed in collaboration with our long-standing partners at Sancroft, provides timely, practical guidance to help employees make informed travel choices that align with corporate sustainability goals.
“It is a vital step in helping businesses create more resilient and responsible travel programmes that protect both their people and the planet.”
Felix Gummer, director at Sancroft, said: “For over five years, Sancroft has worked in partnership with International SOS.
“We are thrilled to launch this new eLearning module on sustainable travel as a result of our collaboration.
“It is designed to support smarter travel choices and help organisations make more informed decisions to drive both business success and progress sustainability objectives.”
