Dow Schofield Watts (DSW Capital) has appointed Holly Payne (pictured) as head of recruitment to support its growth and platform for entrepreneurial professionals across the UK and overseas.
Payne brings over a decade of experience, having started at Alexander Mann and held senior roles at McKinsey and Deloitte.
She will lead the firm’s recruitment and help build its brand by attracting professionals looking to make a difference for clients.

Payne will also oversee the pathway to partner programme, designed to mentor and support future partners.
The appointment follows recent hires including finance executive Carla Taylor and marketing executive William Corlett-Moss.
