Albert Bow appoints head of talent acquisition

Albert Bow has appointed James Platt as head of talent acquisition to support growth plans for 2025. 

Platt started out in the sports teamwear and equipment sector as an area sales manager before moving into recruitment, joining Anzuk Education. 

As head of talent acquisition, Platt will work closely with the team to identify the hires needed to deliver the company’s growth targets.

Platt said: “My role is about ensuring we bring in the right people, those who are motivated, aligned with Albert Bow’s vision, and ready to contribute across the board. 

“Recruitment is the engine of growth, so by securing top talent, I’ll help the business scale effectively while protecting the culture that makes Albert Bow stand out.”
