ABM Alliance has moved into a new workspace at Jubilee Hall, designed and delivered by Kerr Office Group, a design and build specialist in the South West.

ABM Alliance runs account-based marketing events for senior business leaders and wanted a workspace that matched the pace and style of its team.

Co-founders and co-CEOs Jack Thompson and Gabriel Pike said: “This project was an ambitious one, transforming a dated, historic structure into a modern, functional office space while preserving its original character.

“The most important thing was having a space where ABM could grow and flourish as a company.

“We really wanted to build a culture in which our team felt it was a home from home.”

They added: “The result is a stunning workspace which is not just the new home for ABM but shows the beginning of what is to come.”

Kerr Office Group managed the process from planning to delivery, allowing ABM Alliance to get on with its work.

Kerr’s in-house team created a design to fit ABM’s way of working.

The first floor is set up for collaboration, the ground floor is for quieter work and meetings, and the second floor has a social area with a roof terrace overlooking the docks.

Jon Kerr, founder and managing director at Kerr Office Group, said: “ABM Alliance had a crystal-clear vision for their space: professional, energetic and unapologetically unique.

“As a founder-led business ourselves, we understood the emotional investment behind that vision.

“Our job was to design and deliver a workspace that doesn’t just support how their team works, it amplifies it.”

Kerr added: “Jubilee Hall is a testament to what can happen when strategic thinking meets bold ambition.”
