Spacemade, one of the UK’s fastest-growing flexible workspace operators, has launched its largest Central London location to date with ‘Ellisse by Spacemade’.

The site is just minutes from City Thameslink, London Blackfriars and Farringdon, aimed at mature companies moving away from long leases in favour of private offices with coworking-style amenities.

Jonny Rosenblatt, co-founder of Spacemade, said: “We’re seeing more mature, corporate teams leave behind conventional leases in favour of something more intentional.

“Ellisse is a reflection of that—designed not just for day-to-day productivity, but for how modern teams operate. With increasingly dispersed workforces, companies are seeking spaces that enable meaningful, higher-impact moments of connection.

“The addition of a dedicated event space allows teams to come together—whether for strategy days, client presentations or team gatherings—creating real value in less frequent but more purposeful touchpoints.”

Ellisse has been developed as a high-spec workspace designed to suit professional teams looking for both commercial value and good design.

Thomas Merkes, head of asset management at REInvest, said: “Ellisse is a groundbreaking project that marries hospitality-led design with high-performance infrastructure—perfectly aligned with our mission to deliver best-in-class assets.”

Esther Ludwig, senior asset manager at REInvest, said: “Spacemade’s vision is synonymous with thoughtful, human-centric innovation.

“We’re excited to see Ellisse emerge as a nucleus for thriving, quality-driven businesses.”
