Marvin OnumonuSend Technology Solutions Ltd (Send) has appointed Will Sparkes as chief people officer (CPO) to lead its next phase of talent strategy.
Sparkes has previously held HR roles at companies including Informa and Metlife, as well as several technology start-ups and unicorns.
In his new role, Sparkes will focus on building the company’s talent strategy, supporting its international, remote-first team as it continues to expand.
