Reward Funding named among best UK workplaces for second year running

Reward Funding has been named in The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2025’ list in the medium organisations category for the second year running. 

The award followed analysis of 50,000 companies across 26 industries and looked at employee experience, wellbeing and satisfaction.

The Sunday Times recognition highlighted the company’s efforts to maintain a supportive and high-performing culture, as well as its focus on staff satisfaction and training.
