NHS England has published a national recruitment framework and policy documents, aiming to make it easier for people to access NHS jobs.

The framework gives guidance for employers and information for candidates, and is set up so each NHS organisation can adapt it to their local processes.

Additionally, according to NHS England, the framework encourages flexible working at all stages of recruitment and supports the NHS People Promise.

The framework and policies are available on the NHS England website.
