Titan Wealth has acquired Workplace Advice Group, a workplace pension solution business in Stoke on Trent, UK.

With this acquisition, Titan Wealth’s assets under management and advice reach £36bn.

This move aligns with Titan’s strategy to expand in the corporate benefits market, seen as a growth area.

The acquisition will enhance Titan Wealth Planning’s services, previously known as Aspira Corporate Solutions.

Workplace Advice Group, founded in 2013, manages £200m in assets across roughly 1,459 schemes.

The firm offers services such as pension scheme setup, compliance support, and salary sacrifice solutions, and has a strong track record in providing workplace benefits.

The group will integrate with Titan Wealth’s businesses, including Titan Wealth Planning, to better serve corporate clients.
