Each Person partners with Fleet Mortgages to enhance employee benefits

Fleet Mortgages has partnered with Each Person to provide its employees with enhanced perks and benefits.

The Each Person platform includes a recognition tool designed to enhance workplace culture, aiming to ensure that every team member feels appreciated.

As part of this collaboration, Fleet Mortgages launched with Each Person’s employee benefits, recognition tool and automated milestones features back in January.

Through the platform, Fleet Mortgages’ 190 employees now have access to peer-to-peer recognition, in a bid to boost workplace appreciation culture.

In addition, Fleet employees also have unlimited access to the Each Person shop.

The shop offers exclusive deals and discounts, along with thousands of products and vouchers.
