HR Technologies UK, the country’s only dedicated HR technology event, will return to ExCeL London on 23rd-24th April, bringing together leading industry players to showcase innovations designed to transform how organisations attract, manage, and engage talent.

Artificial intelligence will be a key theme at this year’s event, with exhibitors demonstrating how AI is reshaping HR operations. Employment Hero will introduce its Employment Operating System (OS), featuring AI-driven tools like SmartMatch for candidate matching and HeroAI for instant HR support. UKG will present advancements in UKG Ready®, aimed at creating a more human-centred workplace, while Workday will highlight its AI-driven budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

Recruitment technology will also feature prominently, with solutions focused on streamlining hiring and ensuring fairer processes. Greenhouse Software will showcase AI-powered tools that help recruiters craft personalised emails and automate candidate communications. Personio will introduce a new whistleblowing channel to help businesses comply with EU regulations, while Sage People will demonstrate its HR platform for small and growing businesses.

Learning and development remains a major focus, with Cezanne HR unveiling its new Learning Management System (LMS), designed to make training accessible on any device, even offline. Dayforce will present Career Explorer, an AI-powered career pathing tool that provides personalised career recommendations, coaching, and actionable development plans.

Payroll and compensation technology will also be highlighted, with HiBob unveiling its new payroll processing solution tailored for the UK workforce. Personio will showcase an automated payroll system designed to simplify payroll operations in Germany.

Nicki Morris, group exhibition director at HR Technologies UK, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome back our faithful exhibitors and a host of innovative newcomers to our show this year. The HR landscape is constantly evolving to keep up with both employee and employer demands, and our event provides a vital platform for the industry to come together, explore the latest advancements in HR technology, and discuss new ways to tackle the challenges facing organisations today. We look forward to seeing the best and brightest minds in HR collaborate and shape the future of work.”

HR Technologies UK will once again be co-located with Learning Technologies, Europe’s leading workplace learning event. In 2024, the event attracted more than 11,000 attendees, 200 exhibitors, and hosted over 200 free learning and development seminars. Visitors to HR Technologies UK will also have access to Learning Technologies, further expanding the opportunities to explore workplace innovation.
