Just Mortgages to host recruitment event for aspiring self-employed brokers
The event is aimed at mortgage professionals who are looking for more flexibility and support as they move to self-employment.
Just Mortgages is set to hold its ‘Discover JMSE’ recruitment event this month, July 2025, for mortgage advisers interested in becoming self-employed.
The event is aimed at mortgage professionals from both corporate and employed backgrounds who are looking for more flexibility and support as they move to self-employment.
Those attending the event will hear directly from advisers who have already moved over to self-employment and built their own businesses under the Just Mortgages model.
The evening will also give attendees the chance to meet the leadership and operational teams that support self-employed advisers, including help with training, compliance, marketing, mentoring and day-to-day support.
Advisers will be able to see the full support structure on offer, including tailored onboarding, mentoring, business planning and lead generation tools.
There will be information about diversification pathways as well, such as business protection, commercial advice, equity release and later life lending, with training and support available for those areas.
The event will be informal and pressure-free, with advisers encouraged to ask questions and find out what they need to know without any hard sell.
Ben Allkins, head of mortgages and protection at Just Mortgages, said: “This is about helping advisers explore their potential and take control of their careers.
