HR Path, a partner for businesses navigating the complexities of HR, has expanded its footprint in Germany with the acquisition of Talent at Work GmbH, a German company specialising in leadership training, coaching and consulting.

Founded in 2009, Talent at Work focuses on coaching services and leadership development; the acquisition aims to complement HR Path’s vision of driving organisational growth through strategic HR solutions.

Carlo Fischer, partner at HR Path, said: “The acquisition of Talent at Work, a company renowned for its expertise in leadership management and delivering impactful projects across Germany, is a strategic milestone for HR Path.
