Sort Group has been shortlisted for the title of ‘Development Team of the Year’ at this year’s UK IT Industry Awards.
The awards were organised by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and Computing magazine and celebrate organisations, teams, projects, technologies and individuals who have demonstrated innovation and excellence in the IT sector over the past 12 months.
There were 30 categories this year, with awards recognising personal excellence, organisation excellence, project excellence and technology excellence.
The shortlisted candidates will now go through a judging process, with each finalist undergoing an individual one-to-one assessment by a panel of independent IT leaders.
The ‘Development Team of the Year’ award recognises teams that have delivered exceptional results, helping their organisation achieve key objectives over the past 12 months.
The winners will be announced at an awards evening, taking place on 13th November at the Evolution London.
Kevin Tunnicliffe (pictured), CEO of Sort Group, said: “We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted for the ‘Development Team of the Year’ award at the UK IT Industry Awards.
“At Sort Group, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance the services we provide to our clients, and this nomination highlights the impact our efforts have made in driving the business forward.”
