The financial advisory group Foster Denovo has achieved the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) platinum accreditation, recognising its excellence in staff development. This places Foster Denovo among the top two per cent of the 55,000 businesses worldwide that applied for the accreditation.

The IIP assessment panel highlighted that Foster Denovo’s commitment to developing its people is evident throughout the organisation.

Louise Blair, head of people at Foster Denovo, said: “We’re thrilled to have been recognised as platinum accredited, which puts us in the top two per cent of companies assessed by IIP worldwide. We hold great store by our culture, and believe passionately in treating staff brilliantly so our clients are served superbly. This award really speaks volumes about our commitment.”

Foster Denovo has consistently improved its standing with IIP, moving up a step each year for nine consecutive years before reaching the platinum level.

This achievement comes as the group continues to expand, having doubled the size of its employee benefits consulting division by acquiring Punter Southall’s corporate advisory arm earlier this year. Additionally, it has added two financial advisory firms to its UK-wide network: Wade Financial in Newcastle and Creative Financial Solutions in Hampshire.
