UBIO, a leading web automation platform, has unveiled a new platform designed for job boards, aiming to simplify the job application process and enhance the experience for both job seekers and employers.
Known for powering content for major organisations such as Google, Trivago, and Kiwi, UBIO’s web Automation Cloud platform aims to bridge gaps in user experience that often lead to frustration and abandoned applications.
The new platform addresses a common pain point in the job application process: candidates being redirected away from job boards to complete applications, often having to repeat information across different sites. UBIO’s solution embeds the full application process within the job board itself via an API that transfers completed applications directly to the employer or recruiter’s website. This integration is designed to reduce friction and increase the number of successful applications.
Adar Cohen, chief commercial officer at UBIO, commented on the launch: “Our job board customers have highlighted that by offering candidates the ability to complete applications on site, this typically doubles the number of completed applications. Friction has been a common problem for online job applicants and often results in quality, time-strapped candidates abandoning applications.
“We are remedying this challenge and removing unnecessary obstacles in the application process. Using UBIO, job boards can not only advertise positions, but can also be the location for completing applications, simply, easily and efficiently.
“This turns job boards into an ever more critical pillar in the recruitment ecosystem, not only supporting applicants, but also positively impacting their relationships with hiring organisations and recruiters.”
