Ryan FowlerTen months following its acquisition by Edenred SE for £1.11bn, Reward Gateway has significantly contributed to a 25.7% increase in operating revenue for Edenred’s Benefits & Engagement business line, which reported £1,244m in 2023. The growth reflects a 19.5% like-for-like increase, with Reward Gateway continuing to experience double-digit growth.
The integration has created a leading force in the HR technology field, with the combined entity now boasting 12,000 employees worldwide and generating total revenues of over €2.5bn, marking a 23.7% increase from the previous year.
The migration of hundreds of Edenred’s UK clients to Reward Gateway’s single employee engagement platform has enhanced the user experience significantly, boosting engagement across thousands of employees in the UK.
Clients from both the private and public sectors have been reassured by the group’s financial security and its stringent data security policies, typical of a large listed corporate entity. Notable new clients include The Post Office, The Chevron Group, and Valleys to Coast Group, which selected Reward Gateway following a competitive process.
