Yurtle, a B2B company focusing on preventing caregiver burnout, announces Hollie Nairn as its new head of sales. Nairn, previously with Aviva, Unum, and Legal & General, and most recently a business development lead at Buck, brings valuable experience to Yurtle.

Her role will concentrate on engaging intermediaries, forging partnerships, and refining Yurtle’s offerings, alongside developing a marketing strategy. This comes after Yurtle’s recent £1.37m funding for expanding workplace solutions, including launching Yurty, the UK’s first digital care ally, in response to the increasing need for caregiver support.

Nairn shared: “During my career, I’ve worked with many employers, helping them to support workplace wellbeing through a vast range of insurances and services. I’ve seen the growing need to support caregivers, so I’m delighted to join Yurtle at this crucial time to address this pressing issue. I’m excited to take on this fresh challenge and I can’t wait to begin supporting employers to implement a workplace care policy that makes caregiving sustainable and helps prevent burnout.”

Antonio Ribeiro, founder of Yurtle, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Hollie as our new, and first head of sales. She embodies our values of kindness, authenticity, and accountability, and we trust her to elevate the way things are done at Yurtle. We’re proud Hollie chose us, and together our aim is to change the landscape of caregiver support in the workplace.”
