Bentley Motors has been recognised as a UK Top Employer for the 15th consecutive year by the Top Employers organisation.

Active in 131 countries, the institute is the global authority in HR certification, benchmarking and advisory.

The programme is based on the results of an HR best practices survey, which covers six domains that include people strategy, work environment and talent acquisition.

Dr. Karen Lange, member of the board for people and culture at Bentley, said: “For more than a century, Bentley’s success has been built on the strength and spirit of our people and alongside this, we are committed to offering an inclusive and high performance workplace so we can attract and retain top talent.

“Through continuous learning and development, we provide our colleagues with the tools and opportunities to grow, take care of their wellbeing, and foster career longevity.

“Being recognised again is a tribute to the resilience our colleagues show every day adapting with purpose, supporting one another and keeping our standards exceptional, no matter the challenge.”

Bentley said the Top Employer recognition highlights its success in aligning its people strategy with its broader business objectives.

The company aims to empower colleagues with the skills they need for their own career development, including introducing EV learning programmes, inclusive leadership and production academies.

Bentley said the achievement reflects its focus on its Beyond100+ strategy and its ambition to create a progressive, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
