Yeovil Town have appointed Jamie Hedges (pictured) as head of recruitment, bringing him in to lead the club’s player scouting and signing efforts.

Hedges brings experience from previous roles at Aldershot Town, King’s Lynn Town and Bristol Rovers.

He has worked on talent identification and recruitment strategies, supporting managers in building squads.

Hedges will report to the board and work closely with the first team manager and coaching staff.

His responsibilities include scouting new talent, refining recruitment processes and making sure signings fit with Yeovil Town’s style and budget.

Hedges said: “Absolutely delighted to be joining Yeovil. The discussions with Prabhu, Nicholas, and Stuart were exactly what I wanted to hear, and it’s a project I am fully bought into.

“I believe I can make a real positive impact and help get this club back where it belongs.”
