Visier, a leader in people analytics and workforce solutions, has officially released its AI assistant, Vee, to all customers, following a successful six-month preview with over 80 enterprises.

This innovative tool, powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, offers instant and secure answers to workforce-related queries directly within Microsoft Teams, facilitating smoother decision-making processes for HR leaders.

Vee leverages a domain-specific data model, built on 25 million anonymised employee records and 250 million benchmarks, enhancing its capability to deliver accurate people insights.

Ryan Wong, co-founder and CEO of Visier, said: “People impact is business impact and Vee will help people leaders drive better productivity, employee impact, and overall corporate performance by making better decisions about people and the work they do.”

The tool has been described by Josh Bersin, a globally recognised HR industry analyst, as “one of the most spectacular examples of generative AI in HR today.” Vee’s ability to simplify complex data queries has been instrumental in its rapid adoption among HR professionals.

Paycor, a longstanding Visier partner, has also integrated Vee’s capabilities into its service offerings, thereby extending the benefits of generative AI to its customers.

Ryan Bergstrom, chief product and technology officer at Paycor, highlighted the shared commitment to innovation, saying: “In our partnership with Visier, we share a steadfast commitment to innovation and ensuring our customers are on the cutting edge of technology that will help them grow their businesses.”
