HLPartnership has appointed Scott McAllister as senior recruitment manager, adding to its sales and recruitment team.

McAllister joins from PRIMIS Mortgage Network, where he was national recruitment director and regional sales director.

He focused on adviser recruitment, retention, and business development.

Before that, he spent over three years at Tenet Group, moving from sales BDM to regional business manager.

In his new role, McAllister will work with HLPartnership’s appointed representative (AR) firms to help them grow through targeted recruitment strategies and regional support.

He will also work with Tom Barnett, sales and recruitment director, to deliver the network’s growth plans.

McAllister said: “I’m excited to be joining HLP at such a dynamic time.

“I’ve long admired the network, whose success, proposition, and culture are widely recognised across the industry.

“Culture and integrity mean everything to me, and HLP’s genuine commitment to supporting its members while continually striving to improve made joining an easy decision.”

McAllister added: “It’s also really exciting to see how the team has delivered the most advanced CRM in the market, setting a new benchmark for networks.

“I look forward to being part of such a talented and people-focused team.”

Barnett said: “We are delighted to welcome Scott to the team. His expertise in recruitment and sales will be invaluable as we continue to expand our network.

“Scott’s appointment underlines our commitment to investing in experienced professionals who can help member firms achieve sustainable growth and deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.”
