Business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK has promoted Ruth Walsh to partner and head of talent solutions. 

In her new position, Walsh will work with colleagues, academic partners, industry collaborators and clients to use the latest technology and insights, developing tailored programmes to meet changing skills needs. 

She will continue to focus on practical training and measurable results.
