Marvin OnumonuAshtead Technology, a provider of subsea technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector, has appointed Kola Otekalu as human resources (HR) director.
Otekalu will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on employee engagement, talent development and building organisational capability as the business continues to grow.
She has more than 20 years of experience in people management across international operations, joining from Oceaneering where she was regional HR director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.
Otekalu said: “I have admired Ashtead Technology for a long time and have been inspired by the company’s success and ethos.
“I am very much looking forward to being part of the team and ensuring that we have the right skills and capabilities to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for our global client base.”
