For the fourth year running, Coventry Building Society has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women by Great Place to Work.

The society ranked 12th out of the 50 ‘super large’ organisations on the list revealed today.

The society earned its place following feedback from the annual employee survey.

These results are based on what women have anonymously reported about their workplace experience and how well represented they are in the workforce

Kirsty Bowen, head of colleague experience at Coventry Building Society, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women for the fourth year in a row.

“Creating an environment where women feel supported and valued at every stage of their career and life is something we work towards every day.

“From menopause and fertility support, to our active women’s network and society-wide events celebrating International Women’s Day, we’re always looking for ways to listen, help and empower.

“This recognition is a reflection of the culture our people have built together, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.”
