Richard Hipkiss said: “As demand for electric vehicles continues to grow, fleets are looking for practical solutions that help reduce complexity [...] these partnerships are an important part of how we continue to respond to that.”
Employer help with energy bills was one of the most in-demand workplace benefits, but only a quarter (27%) of workers got this support.

Nearly six in ten workers aged 18–34 say wellbeing benefits are essential, with many calling for medical cover, wellbeing allowances and mental health leave.

Employers using Zest also saved £7.8m per month in National Insurance contributions (NICs), up from £6.6m 12 months earlier.

Research by Zest revealed that other sectors with high employee satisfaction in terms of value for money included business services and IT.
Founded in 2004, Zest offers a SaaS platform that helps employers manage, communicate, and expand their employee benefits offering.
97% of financial services firms said that company perks are now one of the first things they are asked about by new candidates.

Half (52%) of young people cited the benefits packages as the most important thing they look for in employment.

Research from Zest reveals that 71% of employees who are expecting a Christmas bonus would prefer an enhanced benefits package instead.

Employees across the UK, led by the younger generation, urge companies to step up sustainability, with Zest's research highlighting the demand for green benefits.
