The programme aims to help students aged 13 and above access career insights and industry experience from anywhere.

The programme is aimed at young people in schools aged 14 to 18, letting them learn about careers at Compass and across hospitality, foodservice and support services.

The initiative, launched during National Careers Week, provides students with an online introduction to how Britain’s ports operate and the role they play in trade and the energy transition.

More than 2,300 students joined the insurance programme and over 4,200 took part in the personal finance course.
