In Scotland, 83% said they were sure they could do their job at 60, according to Standard Life Centre for the Future of Retirement’s research.

Only 10% of employers were found to have trained their staff on age inclusion, or how to lead the five generations now engaged in the workforce.
In contrast, over half (54%) said they wouldn’t work longer, while 23% were unsure.

A new study reveals the UK has seen a greater increase in retirement age than the USA over the last two decades, ranking 22nd globally according to OECD data analyzed by AgeCalculator.com.
