The estimated number of UK vacancies fell by 8,000 to 702,000 between June and August 2026.

There were an estimated 981,000 young people aged 16 to 24 in the UK not in education, employment or training (NEET) between April and June 2026.

While wages have grown, rents continue to claim a disproportionate share of household budgets in England.

The UK economy grew by 0.3% in Q2 2025, down from 0.7% in Q1, as growth in services and construction was partly offset by a fall in production.

According to ONS, completion of NHSTT treatment is linked to significant improvements in labour market outcomes.
