The survey showed 76% of financial services workers regularly paid for travel costs like hotels and transport using their personal money or credit cards.

The research found that 20% of workers in the UK felt overloaded, 57% felt rattled and 24% said they were thriving.
FIA members will now have access to tailored programmes, downloadable resources, a text support service, e-learning and more.

The event aims to encourage conversation and reduce stigma around mental health, with this year’s theme being ‘community’.
The study found 70% of employers agreed workplaces have a responsibility to look after mental health.
The retreat is part of Pepper Money’s ‘Be More You’ campaign, focusing on practical self-care, mindfulness, and discussions on the challenges brokers face.
