New measures will include: prioritising increasing graduate pay, reviewing band 5 nurse roles and pay bands, and establishing a single national nursing preceptorship.
Lauren Mastroni said: "When managed properly, love-life benefits show a company recognises employees as whole people and that a supported life leads to a more engaged worker."
In Scotland, 83% said they were sure they could do their job at 60, according to Standard Life Centre for the Future of Retirement’s research.
Usage was higher among women, who made up 61% of claims, with 20% coming from people aged 30 to 39.
The new support is optional and gives employees access to evidence-based menopause care as part of their existing health checks.
The TV and multimedia campaign is part of the ongoing workplace health campaign, which focuses on raising awareness of health risks at work and the need for controls.
The partnership adds Carrot to its Marketplace, expanding options for employers wanting to support family-building and hormonal health.
