Zest expands employee benefits platform into Sweden
The expansion follows demand from customers for its employee benefits technology in international markets.

Employee benefits platform Zest has expanded into Sweden as part of plans to grow its presence outside the UK.
The expansion follows demand from customers for its employee benefits technology in international markets.
Zest currently supports more than 700 organisations globally, providing technology to manage, communicate and deliver employee benefits.
Its platform will now be available to Swedish employers, covering benefits including wellbeing, pensions and insurance through a single digital platform.
The move follows Zest’s acquisition by Epassi in 2025 and forms part of the group’s wider growth strategy.
Antonio Barradas, regional managing director at Zest, said: “We’ve built a strong business and proven proposition in the UK around challenges that employers face globally.
“Benefits are becoming increasingly important and increasingly complex, but the technology and employee experience surrounding them have not always kept pace.
“We are seeing customer demand for the technology and approach we have developed beyond the UK, and Sweden presents a strong commercial opportunity for Zest.
