VinciWorks has appointed Shmuli Goldberg (pictured) as chief executive officer (CEO), replacing Josh Goodhardt.

Goodhardt served as chief executive officer since 2021 and will remain with the compliance eLearning and software provider in an advisory role for the transition and the rest of the financial year.

Goldberg steps up from his role as chief marketing officer and head of artificial intelligence (AI).

He joined VinciWorks three years ago and worked on its commercial strategy and use of AI.

Before joining the company, Goldberg worked in the technology sector for nearly 20 years.

His previous employers included ClickTale, Feedvisor, LawGeex and Identiq.

Goldberg said: “I am hugely honoured to take this on. Josh has spent nearly twenty years building VinciWorks into the company it is today, and I do not take the responsibility of building on that lightly.

“My priority is to keep doing the things that already make VinciWorks work, while moving faster to meet where our customers and the market are heading.

“Good compliance training changes behaviour, and humans train humans best.”

Goldberg added: “Our courses are written by subject matter experts and built on real, lived experience, and that will not change.

“What AI does brilliantly is adapt that expert-built training to any organisation’s exact circumstances, faster than ever before.”

Goodhardt said: “Our product set is ripe for disruption, and the team is in place.

“What VinciWorks needs next is someone who can run at the target, and Shmuli is exactly that leader.”

Alex Dacre, chief executive officer at Axiom GRC, said: “Josh has been an exceptional leader, overseeing significant growth and playing a central role in building VinciWorks into the business it is today.

“On behalf of the Axiom GRC Board, I want to thank him for his contribution, and I am delighted to welcome Shmuli as CEO of VinciWorks as it enters its next phase of growth.”
