OneFamily will host its second menopause café on 20th October 2026 at its Brighton office.

The event will take place during World Menopause Awareness Month and follows the first café held in 2025.

It will give employees a confidential space to discuss perimenopause and menopause, share experiences and learn how to support others.

The event is open to employees of all ages and genders and forms part of OneFamily’s wellbeing champions programme.

.Lindsay Taylor-King, people director at OneFamily, said: “Following the success of our first Menopause Café last year, we are delighted to bring the event back for 2026.

“The conversations that were sparked last year demonstrated just how valuable it is to create safe spaces where colleagues can talk openly, share experiences and learn from one another.

“With around 13 million people in the UK currently peri-menopausal or menopausal, and our own research showing that 40% of UK adults have seen menopause affect the day-to-day life of themselves or a loved one, it is clear that menopause touches many lives.”

Taylor-King added: “The fact that over half of those affected say the impact lasted for more than two years demonstrates why ongoing support and understanding are so important.

“At OneFamily, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where colleagues feel comfortable having these conversations and accessing support when they need it.

“Through initiatives such as our Menopause Café, we hope to continue breaking down stigma, increasing awareness and ensuring everyone feels supported, whether they are experiencing menopause themselves or supporting someone who is.”
