Warranty Solutions Group (WSG) has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance 2026, securing its second Great Place To Work recognition in the space of two months.
The automotive warranty provider was also named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026 in July.
The latest recognition is based on Great Place To Work’s Trust Index employee survey, which assesses areas including work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
It comes as WSG continues to expand across the motor trade, fleet, insurance and aftermarket sectors. Since launching in 2021, the company has paid more than £30m in vehicle repair claims and now works with almost 3,000 dealerships across the UK.
John Colinswood, CEO at Warranty Solutions Group, said: “To receive two Great Place To Work recognitions within a matter of weeks is an achievement everyone at WSG can be incredibly proud of.
“Being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ means a great deal to us because it reflects the experience of the people who work at WSG every day.
“As we’ve grown, we’ve worked hard to make sure we don’t lose the culture that has helped make WSG successful, and this recognition tells us that our people continue to feel valued, supported and part of what we’re building together.
“What makes these awards particularly meaningful is that they are informed by the experiences and feedback of our own people.

“Any company can talk about having a great workplace culture, but ultimately it is the people who work within a business every day who determine whether that’s genuinely the case.”
WSG said its growth has been supported by investment in recruitment, learning and development and career progression, alongside efforts to maintain open communication as the business expands.
Colinswood continued: “We have grown enormously over the past few years, and one of the challenges for any rapidly expanding company is making sure its culture grows with it.
“For us, that means continuing to listen to our people, creating opportunities for them to develop and making sure talented colleagues can see a long-term future with WSG.
“Our people are fundamental to the service we provide to our dealer partners and motorists. Investing in them isn’t separate from our commercial success – it is one of the reasons we have been able to grow and achieve what we have.”
Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place To Work UK, said: “Congratulations to WSG for building a genuinely great place to work, and for being named a UK’s Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance™.
“This sector has historically had a reputation for being high speed and high pressure. But our data tells a different story about the best employers in this space – they’re rewriting the rules by making flexibility and work-life balance central to how they operate.
“When people are supported in this way, they don’t just perform better at work – they thrive outside it too, and organisations reap the rewards across the board.”
Colinswood added: “These awards belong to everyone at WSG. Whether someone has been with us for years or joined during our recent growth, they all play a part in the culture and success of the business.
“We are incredibly proud of the recognition, but we don’t see it as a finishing line. Our focus is on continuing to improve, creating more opportunities for our people and making WSG an even better place to build a career.”
